Shipping / Returns
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 10 business days from the date of your order- barring any delays due to COVID. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 11 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
We have a 14-day return policy depending on each manufacturer, which means you have 14 days days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please be aware that all items from Royal Teak Collections, HeatstripUSA, Caloray are non-returnable.
Items from Clearance collections are final sale and non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will also charge a restocking fee from 15%-30% based on manufacture policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any defects or damages, you must note the detail description on the physical inspection report and/or delivery slip and take pictures of damages. You must refuse the delivery of the item if the damages are unacceptable. If a shipment with multiple packages is received, ONLY the damaged package must be refused. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, refuse the delivery, send the order number, photos and detail description of damages to email@example.com within 12 hours and we will process a claim on your behalf.
It's your responsibility to thoroughly inspect an item before accepting delivery. If any damage is discovered after the delivery, feel free to contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org, we will process the claim based on manufacture returns/damages policy. Please be aware that some manufactures will not take responsibility for any replacement or return if the damage is discovered after delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has shipped, cancellation is not acceptable and you (buyer) will be responsible for return shipping fee and restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
